Queen Elizabeth recently turned ninety. When she was born, no-one expected her to become queen. Her father, fourth in line to the throne was emotionally and physically challenged. He was called the reluctant king. No one expected George VI to be king which put Princess Elizabeth further in the back of line to the throne. Because of this she may have enjoyed a much easier childhood than her son Prince Charles. He, seen next in line to inherit the throne as the future king of England and the commonwealth, had a more challenging, responsibility filled childhood. This goes to show that any one of us can rise to something great,.
